ST-LAZARE

The town of St-Lazare has a long tradition as an equestrian town – you’ll find streets with names such as Stallion, Steeplechase and Yearling, and it’s not uncommon to cross paths with horseback riders as you drive around the different neighbourhoods.

Although the town has been experiencing enormous growth in recent years, effort has been made to retain its rural feel. You’ll find large lots with mature trees, meandering roads, equestrian properties, and protected greenspaces. There are homes in a range of sizes and price points, making the area accessible to buyers at all stages of their lives.

St-Lazare has excellent schools in both English and French, well-maintained parks and recreational activities, and a thriving central core with all the necessary amenities.

Come and discover this lovely green oasis for yourself.

HUDSON

Hudson is a quaint town on the Ottawa River. Steeped in history, you’ll find a mix of beautiful century-old homes and modern new construction, surrounded by forests and farmlands. Like the surrounding communities, Hudson has experienced enormous growth recently. Yet it still maintains its small town charm and warmth.

Hudson is well known for its vibrant cultural scene, its Yacht Club and its many golf courses. The village centre has all the necessary amenities, as well as wonderful restaurants, boutiques and art galleries. Great schools, an abundance of year-round outdoor activities and easy access to the highway round out the list of great benefits Hudson has to offer.

RIGAUD

Residents of Rigaud are willing to travel a little further from the city to enjoy this idyllic country setting. For buyers looking for beautiful homes on private, wooded lots and/or great views of the Ottawa River, Rigaud is the perfect spot.

The town takes great pains to maintain the integrity and natural beauty of its territory and, as a resident, you’ll get to enjoy the benefits. If you’re looking for peaceful country living without having to drive hours from the city, Rigaud is well worth considering.

VAUDREUIL

The city of Vaudreuil-Dorion has been named one of the best cities in Canada in which to raise children. It’s also one of the fastest-growing municipalities in the province of Quebec. It’s easy to see why. A combination of spacious single family homes and newly-built condominiums at relatively affordable prices, just over the Ile-aux-Tourtes bridge from Montreal, make it attractive to buyers and sellers of all ages and life stages.

Adjacent to both Highway 20 and Highway 40, and with a centrally-located RMT (Réseau de Transport de Montréal) train station, Vaudreuil-Dorion is ideal for commuters. Commercial construction is booming and there’s no shortage of restaurants, shops, big-box stores and national retailers, virtually eliminating the need to ever go into the city for shopping or dining. There are well maintained parks, abundant recreational activities, and strong sense of community that you don’t often find in a rapidly growing city. Vaudreuil-Dorion is also the site of the coming regional hospital.
